Vibrating conveyer screening machine consist of tank, stainless steel screen, base, spring and vibration motor, and it completely adopts steel welding. The vibration tank has double screen inside, the upper is large hole screen of stainless steel drill, the bottom is a small hole with 80 stainless steel screen. two relative vibration motors are fixed on the body, forming a certain angle with thank, each side of motor has a pair of eccentric block, which can generate centrifugal force when the eccentric is rotating, the centrifugal force cancel each other out in in cross-section direction, and combine with each other in vertical section direction. The combined synthesis of exciting force drives molding sand to jump forward in the tank, and realize screening and conveying in the process of jump forward.

As the vibration trough is longer, the molding sand can lose part of heat in the process of jump forward, so it also has the cooling effect. Adjusting two eccentric blocks angle can change the exciting force of the motor and the size of amplitude, further reaching the required exciting force and amplitude for particular productivity, then complete the screening and conveying.

Vibration motor is installed on both sides of tank, so it’s convenient to disassemble and maintain. There is no wearing parts and it has simple structure, less energy consumption and low cost, so the productivity can be chose from 5 to 40 t/h range, which has a wide application range, high temperature resistance, suitable for operating under harsh conditions, therefore this vibrating conveyer screening machine often used in domestic LFC sand processing system.
