V-Process Production Line

Introduction: vacuum sealed molding process is called V-process for short. It combines vacuum technology with sand casting, adopts the single dry sand to seal the mold cavity surface and back by plastic film, then use vacuum pump suction to produce negative pressure, causing the differential pressure within and outside the sand mold, making the sand mold tighter then forming cavity. This process belongs to a physical modeling method.
