The body of hydraulic automatic stripping machine is composed of engine base, cylinder, hydraulic system and electric control cabinet. It adopts PLC control, positioning detection and stripping detection are respectively performed by proximity switch and photoelectric switch. The vibration motor shock the auxiliary stripping, the impact force is adjustable. Because it adopts full hydraulic pressure flexible control system, the machine can move smoothly, and the stripping period is continuously adjustable, which is easy to adjust the whole casting production line synchronously. The low running noise can realize automatic action, also can realize single action.
