LFC Production Line

Introduction: LFC production line is also called full mold casting that is a new type casting method. The foam model who has the same size as casting will be painted with refractory material and dry, then bury in the dry quartz sand or ceramsite, forsterite sand to vibrate the model, and then pour under the negative pressure, making the foam model gasified, the liquid metal hold the model position, then form the casting after cooling solidification. LFC technology is known as the "green revolution of foundry industry ".
