Steel pretreating line is mainly composed of roller conveyor system, aerator, automatic paint spray systems, drying room, shot blasting dust removal system, paint mist filtering system and electronic control system, and it can be extended to automatic loading and unloading system and preheating chamber.

Advantages

Steel pretreating line process refers to the processing technology that the steel before processing (that is, raw materials) adopts shot blasting in surface and painted with protective primer paint. The steel that after pretreating process can improve the corrosion resistance of mechanical products and metal components, improve the fatigue resistance performance of steel and prolong its service life; at the same time, it can also optimize the production process of steel surface, which is beneficial to the blanking and fine blanking of CNC cutting machine. In addition, the steel shape is regular before processing, which is beneficial to mechanical derusting and automatic painting, so adopting the steel pretreating line can greatly improve the efficiency of cleaning work, reduce the labor intensity and environment pollution.
