Mechanical Rotary Blowback Bag Dust Collector

This filter adopts round structure, which has even loading, good blast-resistant performance and compact structure, it adopts blowback deashing of high pressure fan, without being limited by the gas source condition, it adopts blowback deashing of resistance automatic control, which save energy and lengthen the service life of bag, adopts indoor installation in severe cold region, and outdoor installation in other regions, it can be widely used in machinery, casting, mining, smelting, building materials, food chemicals and many other departments.

Working Prnciple

Dusty gas enters into the upper space of filter chamber from tangential direction. Large particles and condensed particles rotates into ash hopper along the cylinder wall under the centrifugal force, small dust particles diffuse in the gap between the filter chamber bag and resisted by filter bag, purified air is collected in clean room through the guide of filter bag in plate, absorbed by ventilator then discharged. With the continuous filtering process, the dust that resisted in the filter bag surface is increased, the resistance that airflow passed is increased gradually, when it reaches the setting resistance limiting value, the automatic control device open blowback mechanical deashing.
